I ordered a pair of riding boots for my granddaughter's birthday. After trying them on and then keeping them on for a couple of hours to help bed them in, the bottom stud fastener broke when trying to undo it. They were returned the following day, the company received them 3 days later but it took them 8 days to refund even though I'd asked for replacement boots. On reordering, I understood why they did not replace...they had increased the price by £5!!! I am disgusted and will never use this company again.

The boots are as expected - quality, good looking and feels wonderful. We did have to send them back, unfortunately, only due to not fitting. The issue was the wearer bring 14yo has a size 5 shoe but a short stature. Maybe having an option for different calf length and size would aid a more successful sale.
